2026 Sponsors and Exhibitors Information

The Southern Association for Institutional Research (SAIR) invites sponsors and exhibitors to participate in our upcoming 53rd Annual Conference and 52nd Anniversary of the Southern Association for Institutional Research – Tricks and Treats for Improving Institutional Efficiency to be held in Little Rock, AR! We want to provide partners with a variety of opportunities to interact with our attendees to promote products and services that support institutional research, effectiveness, assessment, accreditation, data management, and planning activities at their organizations. Sponsorship levels fall into three (3) broad categories based on the amount of sponsorship provided. New incentives are available for early sponsor registration.
Fully Dedicated Exhibit Area and Times

Newcomers to IR will be encouraged to visit the exhibit area after the conclusion of their workshop on Sunday (4 PM).
Attendees will be able to visit exhibitors Sunday afternoon through Monday evening.
At the mid-morning and mid-afternoon breaks on Monday, no sessions will be held. Attendees will be encouraged to visit the exhibit area.
Refreshments will be served in the exhibit area, promoting interaction between sponsoring partners and attendees.

Sponsorship Tiers
Our sponsorship program features three distinct levels, each corresponding to the total financial support provided. The tiers are structured as follows, with the exhibiting sponsorship fee equivalent to the Silver tier.:

Platinum: Reserved for our most generous supporters. Minimum Amount - $4,000
Gold: Recognizing substantial contributions. Minimum Amount - $3,000
Silver: Acknowledging significant support. Minimum Amount - $2,000

Exhibiting Sponsorship Add-Ons

Sponsoring partners have the flexibility to enhance their participation by selecting from a range of exhibiting sponsorship add-ons. These options, when combined, determine the sponsorship level you qualify for.

All Sponsorship Levels include:

Booth Space
- Comes with a 6’ table and two chairs.
Complimentary Sponsor Representative Registration Pass
- One complimentary registration, with options to increase through available add on.
- Sponsor representative registration grants full access to all activities, excluding pre-conference workshops.
Attendee Engagement Opportunities in the Main Hall
- Ability to offer in-booth giveaways to attendees.
- Networking receptions.
- Coffee breaks, lunch breaks, and snack breaks.
- SAIR Share - 20 minutes for Sponsor demos and “Ask an Expert” sessions (Not included - add on available)
- On-site gamification via SAIR Sponsor Passport: Participation in the SAIR Forum networking activity to attract booth attention.
Recognition
- Sponsor name via logo and website link will be displayed on the sponsor listing webpage.
- Sponsor logo will be displayed on slides for opening session and plenary sessions.

Bring the TeamReceive one complimentary conference registration upon acquiring an exhibiting sponsorship. Additional registrations are encouraged; complete the SAIR conference registration process for each additional attendee. A registration fee will apply for additional conference attendees.
Brand Awareness OpportunitySAIR is offering an opportunity to promote your products. For $300, SAIR will distribute promotional materials and information to conference attendees. This opportunity is open to all exhibitors, not just those attending the conference.
