In alignment with the College?s mission and Strategic Plan, ?Excellence in Action,? the Coordinator of Institutional Advancement works closely with the Dean of Institutional Effectiveness to coordinate aspects related to strategic planning, institutional research, outcomes and assessment, accreditation, and grant development and performance. The Director of Institutional Effectiveness & Assessment provides leadership for the University?s assessment practices, accreditation readiness, and culture of continuous improvement, with a focus on advancing student success, retention, completion, and measurable outcomes across the institution. While academic assessment remains the central responsibility of the role, the Director also supports administrative and co-curricular assessment and strategic planning efforts to ensure institutional effectiveness extends beyond the classroom. The Institutional Research Analyst I provides analytical and informational support for University planning, operations, and decision-making and helps meet federal, state, System, reputational, and institutional reporting requirements. Completes clearly defined assignments independently under general supervision. Coordinates recurring work across established timelines, and safeguards confidential and sensitive information. Serves as the primary operational coordinator for the Student Opinions of Instruction process and produces accurate reports, analyses, data extracts, and visualizations.
