The 2026 SAIR Annual Conference will be held October 24–27 at the Little Rock Marriott in Little Rock, Arkansas. Located in the heart of downtown Little Rock, the Little Rock Marriott offers convenient access to conference activities, dining, and networking opportunities throughout the event. The host hotel will serve as the central hub for all SAIR conference sessions and events.

Lodging Rate. The negotiated SAIR room rate for the 2026 conference is $179.00 per night and will apply to standard rooms with either one king bed or two queen beds, plus applicable taxes.
Parking. Parking is $32/day. However, we recommend using the complementary shuttle to and from the airport. This can be reserved at 501-906-4000.
Reservation Deadline. The hotel reservation deadline for the 2026 SAIR Conference is September 28, 2026. Attendees are encouraged to reserve their rooms early once the booking link is available, as rooms are subject to availability.
