Transportation from the Airport

For those who will not be driving to Nashville, the ride from the airport to the Sheraton does not take long. You have a few options.

  1. SuperShuttle - they have provided a group discount for SAIR. Below are the instructions for receiving the discount:
    The discount code for your group is :HCNHR. You will need to go to www.supershuttle.com to register, enter your flight information & prepay for your ticket. It’s $16 roundtrip to the Sheraton Downtown, located at 623 Union St. With your confirmation number you can pick up your ticket at their counter inside the Nashville airport. The counter is located one level below baggage claim, on the left side of the exit doors. For those without internet access, a limited number of tickets can be purchased at the airport counter.

  2. Gray Line Shuttle - the cost is $20 for a roundtrip ticket ($12 one way). Reservations are not required. www.graylinenashville.com

  3. Taxis - Taxis are available at the Nashville International Airport, and there is a flat rate of $25 from the airport to downtown.

  4. Metropolitan Transit Authority (MTA) - Tourists and business travelers now have a convenient and inexpensive way to travel to and from the Nashville International Airport to downtown Music City. For the economical price of $1.35, they can ride the Nashville MTA's route 18 Airport/Elm Hill bus, which serves the airport and downtown on an hourly basis, seven days a week.
